The Contract Variation Register for Clients provides a mechanism for Client Directors, Project Managers and Contract Managers to manage the variations raised by Contractors during the course of a contract/project. The template is separated into four sections, these are:
– Initial contract value
– Receipt of contractor variation, brief description, estimated value and schedule impact
– Submission of claim, submitted value and time extension
– Client approval of variation, approved value and time extension
