The purpose of this training is to set out the requirements on the use of personal isolations, permit of isolation, personal danger tags and out-of-Service tags, breaches plus more.
The Permit of Isolation System constitutes a formal and detailed method of ensuring a safe system of work and shall be followed exactly.
Successful completion of training and subsequent competency assessment, will enable the Company to authorise individuals to be:
• An Authorised Person
• An Isolation Officer
• An Isolation Officer (HV)
• A Permit Holder
• A Personal Lock Holder
• A Restricted Personal Lock Holder.
