Description
The Safe Work Method Statement template provides a framework to ensure all routine and non routine activities can be completed safely. This is achieved by ensuring all the associated tasks are documented, hazards are identified and applicable controls are nominated. The effectiveness of these nominated controls are determined by a two level risk assessment process (inherent risk and residual risk). This SWMS template also ensures appropriate levels of communication and consultation are in place prior to the commencement of the activity.
