Description
The General Message Template is used during an emergency situation or when an Incident Command Post has been established to assist the Incident Call Center (or similar) to record incoming messages that cannot be orally communicated to the intended recipient. This template may be used to send any message or notification to incident personnel that requires hard-copy delivery ideally in triplicate carbon copy.
