Description
The Planning and Resourcing Process Safety Observation Form provides a mechanism for personnel such as Operational Managers, Specialists and Technical Personnel to interact and evaluate front line personnel’s knowledge of implemented process safety planning and resourcing related systems, procedures and activities.
Each observation form provides the Observer with an overview of the criteria, a series of broad open ended questions to generate discussion and in the event opportunities for improvement are identified, a nominated improvement section to be completed.
